Here is exactly how your experience will unfold, from the moment we arrive to the moment you go viral:
1. Arrival, Setup & Teardown
We handle the logistics so you can focus on the fun. To ensure your event starts exactly on time, we require 90 minutes (1.5 hours) prior to your start time for professional assembly and calibration. Once your active service hours conclude, we require an additional 90 minutes to safely break down the gear.
- Venue Access & Weight Requirements: Due to the extreme weight and professional nature of our gear, we require a ground-floor setup with no stairs along the load-in path. If your event is not on the ground floor, a large service elevator must be accessible.
- Important: Please ensure the venue provides dedicated parking and a clear unloading zone near the entrance to allow our team to transport our high-end equipment into your space safely and efficiently.
2. The Director’s Touch & Safety Supervision

- For Booths: Our On-Site Attendants act as your personal directors, guiding guests onto the 360 Infinity platform or helping navigate the Mirror’s 42-inch touchscreen. They continuously supervise the equipment area to maintain safety, ensure nobody trips, and make sure our high-end gear is treated with care..

- The Prop Vault: Dive into our curated collection of props. To ensure the highest level of safety and hygiene for your guests, props may be sanitized after use throughout the event to maintain a fresh experience.

4. Payments & The Fine Print
- Secure & Cashless: For your safety and ours, we are a cash-free business. All final payments and deposits are accepted securely via QR code (credit/debit/mobile pay).
- The Agreement: All bookings are subject to the full Terms & Conditions and Disclosures found on our website.
Important 2026 Venue Requirements
- Space: A level, 12′ x 12′ area is required for our booth setups to ensure proper safety clearance and the best filming angles.
- Power Access: We require two standard 3-prong wall outlets (dedicated circuits preferred) within 20 feet of the setup area.
- WiFi: For real-time social sharing, a stable venue connection is best for our digital booths.
