Logistics & Venue Requirements

  • What are your power needs? We require access to at least two standard 3-prong wall outlets within 20 feet of the setup area. While we may bring our own power supply as a backup, venue power is the primary requirement for a seamless experience.
  • What kind of space is needed? For our 360 and Mirror booths, we require a level 12′ x 12′ area to ensure proper safety clearance and the most dramatic cinematic angles.
  • Can you set up on upper floors? Due to the extreme weight of our professional gear, we require a ground-floor setup with no stairs. If your event is on a higher floor, a large service or freight elevator must be accessible.
  • What about outdoor events and rain? Our high-tech equipment is electrically powered and fragile; therefore, we cannot operate in the rain. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to move the setup indoors (if a 12′ x 12′ space is available), reschedule, or cancel for safety.

Booking & Payments

  • How do I secure my date? Once you decide to book, you will receive an automated email containing a secure link to pay your deposit.
  • How do I pay the remaining balance? For your security and ours, we are a cash-free business. On the day of your event, you will use a QR code provided by our attendant to finalize your final payment via credit/debit or mobile pay.
  • What is your cancellation policy? We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your event start time.
  • Are you a registered business? Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured professional service provider.

  • Can you substitute equipment? We reserve the right to substitute an experience of equal or greater value if weather or venue space restrictions prevent us from using the original equipment booked.
  • How do you handle safety and hygiene? Every booth is supervised by a professional attendant to ensure nobody trips and that gear is handled with care. To maintain a fresh experience, props may be sanitized after use.
