RitzyClips: Official Terms of Service, Safety Disclosures, & Privacy Policy

Welcome to RitzyClips. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “Guest,” or “User”) and RitzyClips (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered Florida business entity. By accessing RitzyClips.com or participating in our immersive 360 photobooth experiences, photobooths, 360 photobooths, you agree to these Terms in full.
- FLORIDA BUSINESS & WEBSITE DISCLOSURES
Entity & Jurisdiction: RitzyClips operates under the laws of the State of Florida. All services, including those provided to corporate venues and private events, are subject to Florida’s Department of Revenue sales tax regulations.
ADA & Digital Accessibility (2026 Compliance): In accordance with 2026 updates to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Florida civil rights statutes, this website is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. If you require assistance accessing our digital content, please contact us at (321) 526-3729. - SENSORY & PHYSICAL SAFETY DISCLOSURES (FLORIDA ASSUMPTION OF RISK)
Under Florida law, a waiver is enforceable only if risks are stated clearly and unequivocally. By participating in a RitzyClips activation, you acknowledge and assume the following risks:
360 Photobooth (Glass Surface): Our 360-degree platforms utilize a high-tempered glass surface for visual clarity. To prevent breakage or injury:
Maximum platform capacity is strictly limited to 4 persons or 850 lbs].
No jumping, running, or high-impact movements are permitted.
RitzyClips attendants reserve the right to prohibit footwear that may damage the surface (e.g., metal-tipped heels or cleats).
Immersive Enclosure (Claustrophobia & Anxiety): Our immersive event activations occur within a specialized enclosure. Guests with a history of claustrophobia or anxiety in confined spaces are advised that these environments may be triggering. Participation is at your own risk.
4-Projector System & High-Intensity Lighting: Our experiences utilize a high-lumen, 4-projector setup with synchronized bright LED lighting.
Interactive Mirror Booth (Touchscreen & Safety): Our mirror booth features a specialized touch-sensitive glass surface. For the safety of all guests and the preservation of the equipment:
Proper Use: Guests must interact with the touchscreen using fingertips only. The use of props, sharp objects, jewelry, or excessive force on the glass is strictly prohibited as it may cause scratches, cracking, or responsiveness issues.
Stable Interaction: Guests should remain at a safe distance (minimum 3 feet) from the mirror when not actively using the touchscreen to prevent accidental bumping or tipping.
Breakage Hazard: In the unlikely event of glass damage, guests must immediately move away from the booth. Damaged or cracked glass is a physical hazard, and the Company is not liable for injuries resulting from guest misconduct that leads to glass failure.
No Food or Liquid: To maintain the integrity of the electronic sensors, no food or beverages are permitted near the mirror booth.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while interacting with the large-scale touchscreen to prevent misuse
PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING: These visual effects may include strobe-like patterns or rapid flashes that can trigger discomfort or seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitivities.
ADDITIONAL ATMOSPHERIC & EQUIPMENT DISCLOSURES
Participation in a RitzyClips activation involves various sensory and physical elements. If you are sensitive to any of the following, or if these elements are unsuitable for your health condition, you must refrain from entering the activation area:
Strobe & High-Intensity Lighting: Our 4-projector world and synchronized booth systems utilize high-intensity LED lighting, rapid color changes, and strobe effects. These may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or cause severe discomfort for those with light sensitivity or migraines.
Atmospheric Effects (Smoke & Haze): We may utilize professional-grade, water-based smoke or haze machines to enhance visual effects. This may be unsuitable for individuals with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other respiratory sensitivities.
Props & Physical Interaction: RitzyClips provides a variety of handheld props (including PVC signs, plastic glasses, and themed items) for guest use. Guests assume all risk of injury resulting from the use or misuse of these props. RitzyClips is not liable for any allergic reactions to prop materials or injuries caused by guest-to-guest interaction with equipment.
Right to Refrain: We provide these experiences for your creative enjoyment; however, if these sensory elements are not for you, please do not participate. By choosing to engage with the 360 booth, mirror booth, or immersive enclosure, you acknowledge that you are aware of these specific environmental factors and choose to proceed at your own risk. - ACCESSIBILITY & EQUIPMENT LIMITATIONS
At RitzyClips, we strive to make our experiences as inclusive as possible; however, due to the specialized mechanical and structural design of certain high-tech equipment, the following limitations apply:
360 Photobooth Platform: Our 360-degree glass platform is an elevated structure that rotates at high speeds. Due to these structural requirements and safety clearance for the motorized arm, the platform itself is not suitable for traditional wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
Alternative Participation: For guests with mobility devices, we highly recommend our Mirror Booth. Contact us in advance so we can design Immersive Projection Enclosures which are designed with ground-level entry to provide a fully accessible experience.
Special Arrangements: We believe everyone should have the chance to be bold and create. If you have specific accessibility needs or would like to discuss potential modifications for an upcoming event, please contact us at theritzyclips@gmail.com. We are happy to discuss special arrangements, suggestions, or custom setups to ensure as many guests as possible can safely enjoy the RitzyClips experience.
Assumption of Risk: Any attempt to use equipment in a manner for which it was not designed is strictly prohibited and performed at the participant’s sole risk. - AUTOMATIC MODEL RELEASE & FLORIDA PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Pursuant to Florida Statute § 540.08, RitzyClips requires consent to use a person’s likeness for commercial purposes.
Implied Consent by Participation: By voluntarily entering a RitzyClips activation area (360 booth or immersive enclosure), guests provide automatic and irrevocable consent for RitzyClips to capture, edit, and store their image, video, and likeness.
Exclusive Internal Marketing: You grant RitzyClips a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use captured media exclusively for our own business purposes, including the RitzyClips website, social media, and professional portfolios.
Privacy Guarantee: RitzyClips warrants that it will never sell or license your likeness to third-party stock photo sites, data brokers, or external advertisers. - 2026 EXPANDED DATA PRIVACY POLICY (ZERO-SHARING)
RitzyClips adheres to the strict transparency requirements of the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) and 2026 national privacy standards.
Zero-Sharing Commitment: We collect personal data (names, emails, phone numbers) solely to deliver your media. RitzyClips does not share, sell, lease, or trade your personal information or captured media with any third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Right to Access/Correct: You may request a copy of all data and media RitzyClips has stored associated with you.
Right to Deletion: You may request the permanent destruction of your data. Requests are processed within 45 days in compliance with the Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP) standards.
No Automated Profiling: We do not use your data for automated profiling, AI-based credit scoring, or targeted external advertising. - MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to RitzyClips services, this website, or these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Volusia County, Florida.
Governing Law: Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Florida Arbitration Code (Chapter 682, Florida Statutes) and the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Venue: You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Volusia County, Florida, for any litigation allowed under this agreement. - NOTICE TO THE MINOR CHILD’S NATURAL GUARDIAN
PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE § 744.301:
READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF RITZYCLIPS USES REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED.
